What instructor eligibility category are you?CATEGORY 1 - A Black Belt (or its equivalent) in any style martial artCATEGORY 2 - Training from a law enforcement, military, safety and security or related backgroundCATEGORY 3 - Related skills. Eligibility for this category requires special approval

If you are CATEGORY 2 or 3, please specify your self defense training.

Upload your ranking certificate. Only ONE document is required, so whichever you would like to send if you have multiple martial arts rankings.

If you are category 2 or 3 (no black belt), upload a certificate or image most relevant. It can also be a police or military ID, etc.
